Fantastic service, they are honest, reliable and nothing was too much to ask. Chris and John were both easy to talk with and always kept me up to date. I have sold a property with them recently but I have dealt with them for a number of years as a landlord. I have always recommended my friends to them who have also been very happy with there service. Thanks again for everything and keep up the good work

I went with Unique Estates after they were highly recommended by a good friend of mine. John who dealt with me is a very good listener, and understood my needs. He was genuinely engaged getting a good positive result for both me and the landlord. The property he recommended is great for me and the arrangements couldn't have been easier. I was aware that John was working for me to make sure everything was as straightforward as possible. When so many organisations make you run around for them, I really felt the difference when John went the extra mile for me to ensure I could move in quickly when I wanted to. I can thoroughly recommend Unique Estates to anyone looking to rent a property in this area. It was really helpful that he was able to get me in, in good time before Christmas. :-)

They are extremely responsive and have extensive knowledge in the field. They have done a wonderful job providing me and my dad with great properties,always have very welcoming staff also.

I have rented trough Unique Estates for over 7 years and I always found their service absolutely nothing short of Excellent. Whenever I had any issues with the property I was renting in North London, Chris and John have always been extremely responsive and in most, if not all, cases got the problem sorted that same day for me. Their contractors are extremely friendly and clearly professionals too. Unique Estates is managed to the highest standards one could ever not even imagine from a letting agent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, responsive, and friendly partner for rentals.property management etc. I have now left the property I was renting trough them and I was quite sad to move out both because the property was amazing and a place that I called Home for a very long time, but also because I know it will not be very easy for me to find another letting agent as professional as Unique Estates has been for the entirety of my 7-years-long rental. The checkout process was very smooth too. Everything is done by the books at Unique Estates with honesty and humanity in mind! Again, I would - and I will! - highly recommend to anyone! I hope to rent or buy from them again in the future!

As a landlord I can unhesitatingly recommend Unique Estates. They have proved to be entirely reliable and professional, friendly and helpful in all the years that I have been with them. I know that they also deal veryfairly with issues from a tenant's point of view. Altogether, they are an extremely well run agency.
