Had my first reflexology sesh in nearly 10 years, followed by a hot stone back, neck & shoulder massage. My feet are still tingling but so lose, relaxed & just feel so amazing. Could feel Tanya working on the problem areas & boy could I feel the crunching (doesn't hurt! It's a must try). The Hot Stone massage was brilliant. Could feel the knots loosening, which was all good as my back was very knotted & tight. I will definitely be booking more of the same, sooner rather than later. Can't wait to let my friends know how good Tanya is, as there's a couple of them interested in getting massages & trying reflexology too. Tanya was very professional & at no point did I feel uncomfortable. Everything was spotless with a calming atmosphere. Although I did talk the ears off her (her ears must be still on fire!) ... First ever hot stone massage from Tanya and it definitely won't be my last. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean, smelt amazing and made to feel relaxed straight away. I came out feeling 100 times better both physically and safe in the knowledge that Tanya knows so much about the whole massaging process. I 100% recommend.

Just had the most amazing and relaxing hot stone massage with Tanya. I suffer with sciatica and this has really helped and aided my back, I felt almost immediate relief from the tightness in my lower back. Tanya is very thorough and takes her time with making sure pressure, heat etc.is ok. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning for another.
