Paul Seccombe3 StarFirstly a warning for anyone who uses the toilet upstairs...the floor on the landing is extremely slippery (possibly because it is near the kitchen) and I very nearly took a tumble down all of the stairs.
The service is quick enough but it would have been nice if the staff were a little happier.
The food looked very good and the portions were very generous. The pasta was however a little bland. The pizza was fine though. The garlic bread is a good buy as it is the size of a large pizza... certainly enough for 4 to share. Prices are reasonable at around £15 for the main courses.Monday 16th October 2023
Neharika Puligundla3 StarJust okay. The decor and vibe is definitely a highlight of this place. I think the food was a tad underwhelming even though their portions are huge. Unfortunately their pasta isn't homemade which I understand is difficult considering they have a huge menu. It's a good place for people with British palettes but I wouldn't say it's authentic Italian. I would dine here if going with picky eaters because there are a lot of options.Tuesday 29th August 2023
dale kirk5 StarFood was superb and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed it. Service was really good and friendly. The only thing that let this down from being the perfect Italian experience, was the coffee. The least Italian thing about the restaurant and something they need to address. 1 out of 5 for the coffee.
However, I'm sure most visitors to the restaurant won't be interested in having coffee. If you're looking for great Italian food, at very reasonable price then come here. Its fantastic.
