Gina Burnham5 StarBig thank you to Luke and the team for helping me out when I was knocked off my bike they offered a free estimate which then turned into, once the insurance company were involved a brand new bike which Lukes team spec’d fully to my old bike with the help of the measurements from uk bike fit. I literally didn’t lift a finger and they are so knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble and in now have a better bike than before due to their expertise ! Penny Whiting5 StarVélo Bavarian have been servicing my bike for the last 18 months. The whole team are so encouraging, always happy to answer questions and provide a great service. When I came to making the decision to get a new bike they were the obvious choice. They took time to make sure I had the right bike for purpose and fit for me, asking me questions, never putting pressure but when I did make my mind up the bike was here within days.
