We call ourselves just ‘Vigo’, and we’re a team of IT experts, probably the most refreshing provider of IT Support and related services in MerseysideOur Directors Kurt Beaumont Jones and Naomi Kishigami founded Vigo as an IT provider in 2008 and we have built the company around their vision to deliver awesome services whilst having a laser focus on making our customers happy and exceeding their expectations. Vigo is a team of around 20 staff and a 200+ strong customer base.We have done this with almost no advertising to speak of, no venture capital, no outbound sales team and lots of coffee. We’ve managed this because we’re really, really good at what we do. We won't scare you with big techie words, we will take the time to sit down with you, have a tea/coffee and provide a down to earth service that will make you feel you are chatting with an old friend. We have been a customer of Vigo IT for several years and cannot fault any aspect of their service. Their communication skills are exemplary and their ability to problem solve at short notice is second to none. Vigo have designed and managed our websites, installed our servers, managed an office re-location, installed telecoms, installed internal network infrastructures, set up remote access and dealt with every other type of IT demand we have made of them. They undertake the work promptly, cost effectively and in a way that causes least disruption. Our IT problems whether big or small are always solved by Vigo without any fuss. Great team there too. All helpful and accommodating.

I have worked with many outsourced IT solution providers but Vigo have been the best so far. I would be surprised if anyone could find a legitimate fault in their service offering. They offer a wide set of technical skillsets, project management and managed service desk; all of which is good value for money when you look at their pricing structure. I have had the pleasure of working with them for the last 12 months and found they often go above and beyond, providing additional services outside of the original scope. They are not the type of business to leave you in the lurch and will always work towards a resolution. As far as service desks go, they use more support tools then anyone I have dealt with, which helps the customer get support quickly and within the agreed SLA.
