Sam and her team especially Anna have just help me sell my rental property in Richmond and having not worked with Village Properties before I have to say they did an excellent job and deserve the 5 stars, and if I could give six I would! The marketing and communications with me, my buyer and solicitor, who btw was recommended by Sam was excellent and gave me total confidence throughout the process. When it’s time to sell my house Sam will be the first person I call.
