None, however, more professional yet approachable than the team at Vincent's Penwortham. We have dealt with them now for a couple of years and would not go anywhere else. Jemma and Felicity were always on top of evrything and were very helpful from start to finish. The house sale took a long time but this was definitely not down to Vincents! They kept us informed and pushed the other parties when needed and put up with frustrations very well! Unfortunately have had poor service from them,
We send our first queries back on 10 of January. Still awaiting response on numerous queries, now 6months later...
There was a external company who serviced the property, they have claimed that they weren't able to answer any of our queries while that company was associated with the property.
But on the 0 of April the company was no longer associated with the property.
So here we are month and a half later and still not able to get answers to our queries or questions let alone get estimates on time frame when we can finalise the purchase.
It's now 8 months since the sale was agreed, and it's been delayed 6 months.Thursday 16th June 2022
