Simply called and asked how much it would be to take links out a watch. He spoke over me and said i have to bring it to him. As I was trying to ask a further question. He started speaking over me and said just bring it down and hung up.

I wanted a perfect fit, which meant the owner was back & forth removing & adding links. My watch now fits perfectly, no scuffs or scratches during the process & very reasonably priced.
