We have dealt with most of the staff in the branch since the opening, but our firm favourite is Kelly. She knows here stuff, and represents Virgin Holidays in a first-class manner.

From returning our call en route advising on parking to sticking with us patiently for hours on end helping us with flight ticketing and FlyingClub. Lisa listened carefully to our requirements and needs, ensuring these were met and managed to turn what could’ve been an awful customer experience to the best. Well done would recommend visiting. Brilliant first class service.
Had a need to make a call with regard to linking Disney Tickets and again service was awesome. This time Kelly listened knew the resolution and as promised rang and messaged when completed.
All staff so polite courteous friendly with a can do attitude We felt like we were important to them All about the customer experience
