Izzy Cornish1 StarThis was my first and last visit to vision express at Beaumont leys. The process was not explained to me, I felt like I was being passed from person to person with no explanation of why. The lady did my eye test, my prescription is minimal however I do struggle to see without it being blurry. I was given a new prescription and was told not to wear these whilst driving. Can someone explain how I am meant to read road signs clearly if I cannot wear these when driving. My prescription has changed a lot compared to what boots have said and quite frankly the whole experience was shocking. I have never felt so uncomfortable and will never return.Friday 20th May 2022

Richard Cox4 StarThe service and staff were five star in every way. I was welcomed (I had an eye test apppointment) and the test was swift and thorough. The optician/opthalmologist gave me a full briefing in terms that I could understand. I decided to buy two pairs of specs and the same friendly professionalism continued with a different person.
The reason why this isn't 5 stars is the 'shop'. I found the examination rooms were a little cramped and like store cupboards and for something that is reasonably close to medical, and very personal, the place is very much part of a large Tesco.Saturday 20th November 2021
