I booked my wife into this place. She came back angry and upset. Simple colouring was a big issue. Refused a quick hair wash afterwards as they said they didn't have time. Very very dissatisfied. Would not recommend at all.

Had to write a review because the service was outstanding. Robyn served me, and key things that I observed and noted she was very nice and professional, listened to what I wanted and suggested good recommendations which turned out to suit me very well. I also had to dial into a meeting through my phone and Robyn was understanding that sometimes I needed her to stop blow drying my hair, my phone was also running out of charge midst me being in a meeting, and she was also kind enough to give me the salon's charger. Literally saved my life!

I used to go to this Salon all the time! Then for a few years switched over to training days in other locations. I always loved getting my hair done in this Salon, so I thought I would return to it (after a year of not dying/ not cutting/ generally neglecting my hair). I was not disappointed- the staff were as friendly and professional as ever, the owners were warm and welcoming- most of all, Robyn (who coloured,treated, cut and styled my hair) did an out standing job! I felt amazing afterwards, and with lots of new and helpful advice on how to maintain the colour and look after my hair. I will definitely be going back here and would encourage anyone who wants a professional, high standard, luxury salon experience to do the same! You won’t be disappointed- it’s fantastic. Best Hair Salon in Belfast! 🙌

I arrived late one Saturday without an appointment hoping to be fitted in and was taken right away even tho they were quite busy (to my delight). Sean , the owner cut my hair then blow dryed to the exact style I'd asked for. Lovely guy , great staff , yummy coffee , relaxing atmosphere and modern friendly Salon which I'd recommend to anyone. I'm looking forward to returning.
