Purchased a BMW Z4 2003 year car, very good looking and paid good money for it. I thought it was warranted for 6 months but it has limitations. Within a month I had 3 issues. Air bag red warning and temperature gauge warning which were sorted out satisfactorily. However the exhaust rattled from day of purchase. My garage say baffles corroded in silencer. Eventually VSL agreed to examine the car. They said faulty bracket and now fixed. Still rattling along but they have washed their hands of it. Not good enough I am afraid under consumer credit act!

Absolutely fantastic experience this morning when I called in unannounced with a car problem. Dan and Chris were both super-friendly and professional. Chris diagnosed the issue on the spot within 20 minutes and refused to take any money! It was a perfect first contact experience and I’ll definitely be returning for all my servicing and MOT’s! This is one of the best Independent Garages that I know. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, polite, professional and very proud of the business that they run. There is a fantastic range of second hand Morden Cars, Classic Cars, Pickup Trucks and Vans on site, they are priced very competitively. It is definitely well worth the visit. VSL now Boasts Brand New MOT Testing Facilities now available.
