I’m Kelly, the owner of Waggle & Purr, and your pets’ happiness and safety are always my number one priority. We are fully insured, registered and police vetted and are proud to offer a comprehensive, professional yet friendly pet care service within Richmond-upon-Thames and surrounding areas.
We are small and this allows us so much more one-on-one attention and interaction with your pets - sometimes hard to find with larger operations. We realise that no two homes or two pets are exactly alike so we are flexible in our approach to working with clients. We go above and beyond your expectations to provide a phenomenal pet care experience! We do this not only with top-notch care, but also with impeccable human customer service too.

Caroline Symonds5 StarWe met Kelly while she was out dog-walking, and I was immediately impressed with how attentive and caring she was with the dogs. I took her details and have since used her for our lively mini labradoodle Joey, who absolutely loves his walks with her and her team. They go to a variety of different places and send videos of the dogs who are all friendly and well- grouped. Kelly is thoughtful, professional and efficient in the way she organises her business, and does her best to accommodate pick up and drop off times, we would definitely recommend!Wednesday 14th June 2023
