Let's get some facts correct here - You were refusing to clean the car EVEN though you took the colleague card and were questioning if we were colleagues. You questioned the ownership of the car, and you even said, 'I've never seen you before'... maybe because you work in the car wash away from the store? You decided it was a a no and THEN you opened the door AFTER you weren't going to do the job (CCTV will back that up) Why? If you weren't going to clean the car, why open the doors? You will look silly when we bring the logbook and colleague card and see that they match. You are trying to save face, and as I mentioned in the previous comment, I'd never let you touch a car of mine, ever. Even if you offered a lifetime cleaning card for free, it's way too much hassle and danger just to get a wash. The manager should be a policeman with all the million questions he asks just to avoid doing something productive. I'll be in tomorrow to prove colleague and car ownership and to ask for the footage. That's if you open when you say you do, as that day we did visit during your advertised opening hours in the morning, and you were shut, so we had to come back! It's not good to open after the advertised time, and since you like using the term CCTV, you can check that too. Absolute jokers! You had ZERO right to open the door without permission and especially when you wasnt going to do the clean. You scared a young boy and that is totally unacceptable 😡 ** Edit 1 based on response. This was a colleague wash, you had the colleague card in your possession and was questioning everything, you questioned car ownership!? Who are you to question that? If that's the case you have CCTV and have footage of this then I want it as you had no right to open the rear door with our child in the back!! I will also come back with logbook and proof of colleague AND if you'd check your CCTV you'd know the car is registered as worker. Joke. Using a lie saying it was friends and family and not a colleague is laughable!! Manager is rude and obnoxious! Look at the other comments regarding the customer service (it stinks), if his attude reflects the work he does I don't want my car being touched by anyone there.

Took my Jag to the car wash, £22 for gold wash. Worth every penny, my car was covered in mud inside. They managed to make it look new again. Worth every penny. Great value, great customer service. I've used most car washes in the area and today's wash was the best.
