Tommy was most helpful with any questions I had. His local knowledge is outstanding. Would highly recommend Tommy every time. He worked so hard to one get us a fair price & two find us a buyer. Taking into account he doesn’t have the resources the so called big agents have his service is so much better. Can only repeat if you need the services of a estate agent then your trust in Tommy at Webb’s.

Webbs Estate Agents at Rosehill have sold a number of properties for us over the past several years and we will never go anywhere else. I wasn’t in a position to be buying a new property, just wanted to know what was out there and get an idea on costs. A lot of agents wouldn’t have bothered with me as they wouldn’t get a sale, but Tommy spared me a lot of his time and effort to go through everything I was looking for and any concerns I had. We had long discussions about potential areas to move, size of properties and budget. Not once did He make me feel like I was wasting his or my time.
