Great garden centre with helpful staff. In particular the aquatics section very good and in particular Sarah was amazing helping us choose new pond equipment. Friendly and informative the customer service was exceptional and would highly recommend to others purchasing aquatic goods. Update .... Just visited and it appears the aquatic centre is now sadly closed. This used to be a great part of my visit and a shame it's gone. On a positive note I must say the Weber BBQ section is excellent with a fantastic range of gas and charcoal BBQs and accessories. A very helpful member of staff came to offer assistance. I believe she was a team leader but sadly didn't catch her name but her customer service was exceptional. The lady clearly explained the features of several Weber products including the Weber portable BBQ and was extremely helpful and patient. The restaurant is clean the food freshly prepared. I personally think a bit pricey but can't really fault the food or customer service. Overall another great visit and recommend.

More than just a garden centre, has a variety of gifts, including ceramics, candles, writing materials, diaries etc. Also have for greenhouses, garden statues and a large selection of Garden pots, from very small to extra large. The Hagley Falconry Centre are also located within the Garden centre and well worth a visit, recently attended a flying day which was amazing. Clearly they also have a good selection of plant's and young trees. There is also a cafe on site. Large parking area with disabled access throughout.
