I needed a lock repairing on an old pvc ground floor window and I would not have been surprised if the worst case scenario of replacing the window had been advised. Had that been suggested I would have gone along with it as WMG had been highly recommended by my Managing Agents. Lock was repaired and window made more secure. Came out 2 days after call to inspect and repaired the next day at very reasonable charge.Sunday 23rd January 2022
