I was delighted with the service at Western Computer, Chester. They turned the day around for me after a lukewarm ‘Genius Bar session’ at Apple Centre, Liverpool. These guys gave advice, answered questions efficiently and I have no hesitations in recommending them especially Sammi who went above and beyond. Give the Apple centres swerve peeps - these guys know their stuff and are far more caring and supportive. They’re where I’m heading next time. Efficient, fast, supportive and everything you want.

Having just bought a M1 Desktop, the store manager Sumi helped with the setup in the store seamlessly. All done to my satisfaction. He was most helpful and patient. He even carried the new machine to my car. He couldn't have been more helpful

Great iPhone repair from western computer’s highly recommend. Great customer service and a Costa coffee store virtually next to the Western Computer’s store! Who can resist an excuse to have a Costa drink and snack while you get a apple 🍏 repair carried out. I’m planning on returning for an apple device I was very impressed on my visit.
