Westmorland Homecare provide high quality home care to help everyone we support to live life to the full.
Our care services are centred around each person as an individual through our core values of Kindness, Innovation, Trust and Enrichment.
In the South Lakes our home care services support local communities including Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere, Grange-over-Sands, Cartmel and Milnthorpe.
From our home care offices in Poulton-le-Fylde, we provide home care services for the elderly and dementia support to the surrounding communities of the Fylde Coast and Wyre District including home care in Thornton Cleveleys, Singleton, Bispham, Great Eccleston and Hambleton.
In Lancaster, Westmorland Homecare’s teams provide our full range of home care services including dementia care and domiciliary care.
