I was extremely pleased with the service I recieved. The shop is clean, tidy and well laid out. There are lots of clear guidlines and safeguarding in place to protect the public and staff from COVID-19. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they have good knowledge of the products and were able to offer advice despite being busy. Will certainly visit again.

1pm at the busiest time of day they have 2 people serving. One was doing passport id for a customer. So really 1 person serving! No wonder post offices are shutting down . Terrible management skills here..

I would be careful using this post office. Took in a medium sized box under 2kg to send to Australia. The woman behind the counter measured the box and said it was to big to send using the royal mail postal service and that I would have to use parcel force. Which would cost me £83. Which is complete bull. Went to a local post office and they took it no problem and was only £15. Was told that it's not to big not over 2kg and meets royal mail standards. Over charging liers!

Vast selection of stationery. All the magazine's and newspaper's available in Scotland. Post office second floor. There is a lift but was not working on my visit.

It's a WH Smith. Same prices every where, and a bit more expensive than getting your stationery elsewhere. Good enough for a quick fix. However, I think that WH Smith will be the next high street shop to fold. The business model is not sustainable.
