Don't get me wrong the staff are lovely. But was looking for some photo albums and it seemed like they did whant the business with some off the stock like rather untidy on the shelves.

Staff can be a bit Grumpy at Times in the Shop. Where in the Post office upstairs are very Nice and Helpful. Good size shop with lot's of choice only thing I find it is not Cheap and when you Find some staff to help you look for something you get a Grump and they just Point to where it could be not helpful at all in the Shop. But the Post office upstairs are a lot more helpful and Go out there way to Help that's Upstairs is a 4 Star down Stairs would be Half a star

It's an old favourite, went in for a particular magazine which I'd tried to get in several other newsagents and got it! It was the last one left for June, but now I know I can rely on good old WHSmith

Dated interior and the staff would benefit from some public relations training. Decent selection of magazines, but the stationary is overpriced. The post office upstairs is invariably busy and understaffed. I would always advise using the other post office at the bottom of Scotch Street.

As usua lighting far too dim to see anything properly, I don't know why all their stores have such bad lighting? The selection of craft magazines are nowhere near as good as they used to be but I was able to buy a magazine there and the member of staff on the till was pleasant.
