I love this hair dressers i live quite far from the salon but this is the only salon I go to I wouldn't change it for any where else specially Billy so warming welcoming..I always work in without appointment he never turns me away 😝. They are so lovely..I would be lost without them x

Extremely Dissapointed, unhappy, and will never ever come again. I have been entertained by a hairdresser named Billy. I have done permanent hair straightening chemical treatment for 16 years in my life since I was teenage. Recently I just moved to UK and sad to say I need to find a new salon here to get my hair done because the upper part now is curly. They offer me £90 for permanent hair straightening chemical treatment. Sad to say, it was horrible experience. They touch my hair roughly, when they wash my hair their hands are rough and my head knock the sink many times badly. The hot steam keep on went to my scalp and I need to complain to make them stop. They put the first product to detangle hair on wet hair ( the correct way is to put first product on dry hair) and they just iron my hair once. I told them that it should done twice (which after second product has been put , it should be wash, dry and iron once again) but they are so lazy and say to me its done. When the hair is done, I notice they don’t iron hair properly even it is just once and my hair looks so dry and course. They also ask me to hold my hair because they do not want to use pin.. extremely lazy! My hands are lame and tired to hold own my hair for 2 hours!!!! After 3 days not washing I know my hair gonna be mess up and yes, it is frizzy and coarse and looks more terrible than before I am coming to this salon. The upper part that is curly now becomes frizzy and the whole hair coarse and extremely dry. This usually happen when salon use cheap products. I do not recommend this salon at all. I make complain and come back to shop after few days. He look and know its curly then he spray water onto my hair and saying its straight. He can say he had use this cheap product for 10 years? Does he know how many dissatisfied customers out there including me? He ruin my hair. No wonder there are no customers coming here when I was in salon. If you do not know how to do straightening permanent chemical treatment and the iron technique well then do not offer to customer at the first place. Waste my money, mess up my hair. The worst salon I have ever been in my entire life.

I’ve had my hair done many times in this salon. I have two colours and they are always done in an efficient and professional manner which is great because two colours can be a time consuming process. I’m always so happy with the end result. I’m always happy with the blow dry as it always stays in well. I got pin curls with my blow last time and my hair was perfect the next day when I took them out. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and also friendly. I always walk out extremely satisfied with my hair :)

Staff are warm friendly, and always offer refreshments. They are very knowledgeable about colours , a man called billy done my hair i loved the colour I ,walk out feeling on top of the world when my colour is fresh ☺️ he has a very unique and fascinating way of cutting hair that i have never experienced in any other salon its takes him seconds to get the perfect cut everytime , i will be a returning customer
