Winchmore Hill Service Centre Ltd

I took my car into Winchmore Hill Service Centre based on a customer recommendation. I found them be a good trustworthy garage, and finding out that they specialise in Mercedez made it even better. Their honest attitude is the reason I use them. Thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely amazed by the service here. I purchased a car (Audi A3) from their car sales side of things, from the moment I spoke to Mike on the phone he was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy! When I came to see/buy the car it was a very smooth sale, he was transparent about everything, approachable and realistic. I got 6 months warranty with the car through AA which was a nice added bit of comfort. I had a fresh MOT put on there, on the way to their garage I realised a speaker had blown, they got the problem fixed no issues. It's a great car and really was a reasonable price. The garage itself were great too, worked after closing time on a bank holiday weekend. Really couldn't rate this garage any higher from start to finish, quality service. Thank you guys! I have and would recommend to anyone.

I was driving pass and stopped to go to Waitrose. My wipers stopped working and just popped in to asked for help. I was amazed at the way the staff dealt with me. They checked my car which I thought was great. Then I had my wipers changed, front light as the bulb had blown and fixed my water pump for my windows as it was blocked. I am so Thankful for all that they done. I don’t normally write reviews but today I had to express how I felt. I will definitely be go there if anything else is wrong with my car. All that’s left to say is THANKS FOR ALL YOU DID FOR ME.

What a terrible place. Where do I even start with this review... I have been using this garage for sometime now and I often find that they don't really do anything, apart from charge people extortionate prices for nothing!!. In over just 3 weeks I have given them £1000.00 having taken my car to the garage twice and now my car wont start AT ALL. I have never experienced this since I've had the car for 7 years. To say I'm livid is an understatement. I would not recommend this garage to anybody at all and I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
