We just sold our Kennington flat was Winkworth so I thought I'd share some reflections on the process. Firstly I was really sure about using Winkworth right from my initial meeting with Tom Floyd the Sales Manager - compared to other agents he was straight talking and considered in his valuation of the property. From there the process was very smooth - the photos of the property were excellent and showed it off well, and I was kept up to date (after a couple of early glitches) on viewings which were clearly well conducted by Oliver. Once an offer was made the advice and support from Arne was exceptional - he listened, gave great advice and he dealt with any issue clearly and without fuss. Overall a hugely positive experience and (having used other local agents without success previously) I'd highly recommend Winkworth.

It was a difficult sale due to various factors outside their control, freeholder, agents, building etc.. but all was handled professionally and we got there in the end! Highly recommend. RENTERS, BEWARE. Be very wary of this specific agency. We entered a dispute around our deposit (rented property) and provided evidence that contradicted their claims. However, they continued to dismiss them until the process went to independent review, where all of our claims were proved correct. Complete time wasters and con artists. Also extremely rude throughout the whole process with 0 empathy. Update: 31/01/2023 After leaving this review, an employee from Winkworth reached out to us to understand more. Although what happened previously cannot be undone, I have to say the follow up process was refreshing. Francesca took the time to listen and properly acknowledged what we said - which is all we were seeking in the first place. It didn’t feel like lip service, the conversation was genuine and down to earth and it was very much appreciated by me and my fellow tenants
