After sending through the survey he arranged a telephone call to talk through the report and answer any questions that I had. My wife and I used this local company early last year and would recommend them without hesitation. Service and communication throughout were excellent. Rob and his team were very friendly and always quick to respond to emails / calls. The survey itself was very detailed and incredibly helpful in our decision making. We had several questions to ask at a later date and Rob was more than happy to help. Would definitely use again.
