ROSS YOUNG from Blackburn Wren was fab! His customer service is five stars. He helped us with all aspects of kitchen designing and was very patient considering we took two hours of his time. The guy deserves a pay rise!

Last year we decided to renovate and extend our small kitchen. Based on their experience, our builders and kitchen fitters recommended Wren, so we visited the Blackburn showroom to look at the extensive range of kitchens on display. We made an appointment to return to see one of their kitchen designers, Ross Young. He proved to be a most amiable, patient and competent young man as he guided us through the options for the kitchen layout, units and appliances and explained the process from start to finish. There was no ‘hard sell’ and he was very quick to respond to our subsequent emails and phone messages whenever we sought further advice or had any queries. His first-class customer service is definitely an asset to the company. Whilst delivery of our order went to plan, there was a fault/damage to worktops and to a cupboard door. However, as we had been led to expect, replacements were delivered within a reasonable time and Wren reimbursed us the cost of the kitchen fitters having to make a return visit. This was agreed without fuss via a phone call with Eleanor (Wren Kitchens Resolution Team) who also came across as a very personable and helpful member of staff. In short, we had a positive experience with Wren: we were pleased with the products and service provided and would recommend them to others.

I got my dream kitchen done by Wren Kitchen. The service was amazing from start to finish. Firstly all the staff at the Blackburn Wren showroom were very helpful, My designer who helped me gave me amazing ideas and listened to everything that i wanted overall the communication skills were amazing. Delivery was really efficient and i was happy with the way everything was handled. I had amazing fitters who did a professional job and were really kind and caring. Overall i had the best experience with Wren from start to finish, If i had any enquiries wren customer service were very quick to respond. Thank you to Wren for the amazing service! I would highly recommend Wren to everyone.

Arranged appointment with Paul (Preston Deepdale) for large kitchen. Waited for over 20 minutes and did not attend the appointment. Not the way I do business Ross at Blackburn kindly fitted me in for 6 o clock same day in Blackburn.
