Was recommended Wrose Roofing by a friend who's done lots of joinery for us. He said he's always used them, is always really impressed with their work and has never had any complaints. Trevor from Wrose quoted lower than 3 of the 4 other roofers I asked in, so it was a no brainer. I paid a deposit (about 25%) the weekend before they were due to start. Then I Googled them and saw some negative reviews, and panicked..... I called my friend again, asking if he was sure they were any good, he said 'probably one of the best in Bradford', so I went with it and hoped for the best. The lads were at the house at 7.45am and started straight away, worked all day everyday except for two days they left early due to thunder and lightening (they worked through a couple of rainy mornings). They were experienced, thinking up proper solutions to any unexpected problems that came up, not taking short cuts, and completed the job to a high standard with a professional finish. The job took 6 days not 4, but that due to two afternoons of lightening and heavy rain. And they did leave some materials here for a couple of days after the job, but that was while they were changing their van, and they did give me a day they'd come to collect them, which they stuck to. Throughout the lads were professional, punctual, open and honest, and they did an excellent job. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Not sure where to start. Wish i could give this person minus 1 star. Took deposit for a large roof job. He kept on chaging the start date and finally after about a year gave up. Eventually took him to court and ended up paying a alot more than the deposit he took off me. With the high coutt enforcement agency fees he certainly will not be doing the same agin to someone else i hope. Thanks for the hassle.

After storm damage to a few slates they had a look on the same day I contacted them and repaired the damage the next morning. Have no complaints at all....Good Job

Doesn’t deserve any stars in my opinion! Absolute cowboy, very poor workmanship and out to rip people off. The job was an easy repair but he ended up charging double and cut corners with used 2nd hand materials. When approached he became aggressive & threatening. He’s full of bull and never carried out the full repair I had to get someone else to do it, even though he had been paid in full beforehand. He’s all nice to your face when he’s after getting the job but very sly & manipulating. The job ended up costing me double as I had to pay a professional to finish it off! So if you want to pay one price then I suggest you phone a professional and not Wrose roofing as it’ll end up costing you double too Would not recommend to anyone. Should be on rogue builders!

Dire workmanship. Owner and partner not remotely interested. Employing people who think it's acceptable to fix guttering in loose mortar and then screwing bits of loose wood under facia !!!! Had to finish the job myself...could have cause huge water damage if I'd not noticed. Know who not to go to in the future
