DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS GARAGE. They sold me a car for £3900, which immediately when into limp mode. After a second opinion we discovered it had multiple faults. This company refused to exercise my rights to return the vehicle for a refund, and now we are needing to go legal. I should be able to get a full refund under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, but Andy refuses. The expectation was for us me to pay the repair costs to get the car out of limp mode and then take to his local garage for inspection. From seeing other reviews, the likeliness is they will remove to pay the costs. They also advised all these issues are wear and tear, and could have happened on my travel home. I don't see how I could be so unlucky that 6x issues happen for a repair cost of nearly £2000 to happen on a single journey of 100 miles home... The company owner (named by Andy Wilson) is a spammer who also refuses to talk on the phone to you.

I give no stars to this dishonest business. Avoid at all cost. Mick the D**k as he is called in my phone contacts, is a complete con artist. Sold me a car that was not even road worthy after it broke down just two days after I brought it for thousands of pounds. I made Numerous phone calls and all I received was horrendous rude abusive customer service from Mick, he is a disgrace to the trade, he refused to help in anyway. And would laugh and lie constantly. This company are Complete fraudsters…. Car taken to a respectable garage and quotes to fix all the problems was nearly £3000. 6 months down the line and car a complete money pit scarped and left me in a financial hole. Please do not buy from here Mick and his company whatever he changes the name to (which he does regularly so you cant take him in court) is a disgrace. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute shambolick only gave 1 star as couldn't leave none. Bought car below £7000 asked for a service before I collected they didn't and didn't even valet it. Slow puncture that I had to get a new tyre. Serviced it then in early march suspension light came on rang was told it was fluid and to top it up. Light kept coming on intermittently rang again and was told to wait until suspension went bang. I Took it to a range rover specialist who informed me problem with compressor and also another 50 fault codes that had been flagged up. After contacting garage and arguing what the problem was Mick rudely said he would get compressor but if it wasn't that to not bother coming back. He sent me a second hand unit off eBay which turned out to be worse than the original. I then spoke to Mick who agreed by text to pay for a new compressor and I would pay the labour cost. I sent the second hand one back to seller on eBay and Mick agreed to send money as soon as he had confirmation of refund from eBay which I sent via what's app as wel as post office receipt and bill for the new unit. 4 weeks later and several phone calls and texts they are refusing to pay the full amount and are making numerous excuses as to why they shouldn't one being they could have got a new one cheaper. If so why send a SECOND HAND unit to start with. I am now claiming through Barclaycard as they after sales service is disgraceful and all they are interested in are taking people's hard earned money and selling them cars they have bought from car auctions and doing no work to them whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this dealership, definitely scammers. I contacted them with regards to a Nissan Pathfinder, the vehicle was due to run out of MOT within 4 days of my phone call. They insisted that I gave them a £300 deposit to have the vehicle MOT'd before I could go and look it over. As I live some considerable distance from the dealership I foolishly paid the deposit. I went to see the vehicle 2 days later to find that when driving it there was a knocking when decelerating, lot's of small parts missing, such as windscreen wiper covers, lock covers, damage to the offside front lamp (dodgy repair, glued), the rear discs were severely worn despite it passing MOT?. I chose not to purchase the vehicle and when I asked for my deposit back I was refused. The stated that my reasons for not purchasing the vehicle were insufficient, as they could not hear the knocking? I have not received any of my deposit for holding the vehicle, which I was promised by the sales rep Mike. However he also stated that new brake pads had been fitted for it to pass MOT, this was not the case. This dealership are untrustworthy and will take your money. AVOID at all costs. I will be taking them to court.

Bought an AUDI A6 Off them which turned up with major faults including a headlight held in with cable ties . Offered if they paid for second hand parts to fit them myself. Fobbed off after I bought the parts and when I reviewed them on a car sales app they denied knowing me despite having a receipt for the car off them. Think very carefully before buying off them. I HOPE YOU REMEMBER ME ONCE YOUVE SEEN THE PICTURE OF THE CAR
