An absolute shamble of a company. one doesn't know what the other on does and all they can say is " I sincerely apologise for what has happened" This company needs major improvements I regret the day I bought a Xerox C405 Printer

Utterly shambolic dealings with Xerox, which has left me wondering if their office phone system does not allow staff to make outbound calls. After 5 weeks waiting for them to resolve a problem they offered me a new replacement printer! 2 weeks later they had lost the records of that phone call and the phone operator tried to take me back to square one and run some diagnostic checks, which took a minute to decline while I finished laughing out loud and regained my composure. Took the issue to the retailer, who were then fobbed off for another 3 weeks as they also tried to deal with Xerox. In short, they have my enormous respect for being so bad it feels like a scripted bit they were doing. All the best to them as they embark in this bold new creative direction. PS. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever again.

Apart that my new stopped working - it can happen, but the service is awful. It has been 5 days I have been promised several calls back, I had 2 ticket numbers, I have been told that my case was high priority etc... and then? NOTHING!!! Xerox services are awful. Appalling, horrific service!!! Third call to the Help Line this morning. Twice the phone cut off....

Purchased a 6515 Work centre. When I tried to print the pages jammed and ink was smudged on the pages. Contacted Xerox and was told someone will contact me; one week no contact. Called again, someone told me I needed new drum cartridge (its a brand new printer); they finally agreed to send one for free in 1-2 business day. Six days later - still no parts. Tried calling again today, spoke with 4 different departments and told to wait as they need to find out what happened to the order. WORST COMPANY - WORST SERVICE. ZERO IN MY OPINION.
