I decided to use YAPP after reading other reviews and was glad I did, they were fantastic from start to finish. I was convinced that the people who renovated my kitchen during lockdown (when I wasn't able to keep a close eye on them) had placed a radiator where it blocked in the washing machine. Not a problem for the guys from YAPP, they managed to get the old machine out, recommended a replacement that would fit given the kitchen constraints and then installed it when it arrived. They even checked the pipework before installation to check the leak wasn't coming from there. I have already recommended YAPP to a friend.

Following the reviews posted here and my experience with this company, I can clearly see why Yorkshire Appliances have such outstanding full, five star reviews. We were actually recommended by our friend and neighbour, Jackie Oman, you can see details of her experience and comprehensive review below. When we needed assistance with our fridge, we contacted Yorkshire Appliances. Danny, the Engineer, arrived at the time agreed, was polite, experienced and was indubitably very customer focused. It is clear that the ethos at Yorkshire Appliances is very much, the customer is our top priority. The company website boasts; Good Old-Fashioned Customer Service and, unlike most large corporate organisations, this is reflected in their actual service! Absolutley brilliant service from the entire team and specifically Dan. They came to our aid when hotpoint let us down. Their customer service is 5* and they went well beyond what was reasonably expected. I cant rate them more than 5 * but if i could i would.
