John Green1 StarVery poor collection service me and my partner were going to donate a sofa as we were moving the collection service was arranged for Tuesday this week we both waited all day until 3pm no one turned up. We then phoned and were told to leave it outside so we did . The following day it was still there they had not been !a perfectly good sofa ruined now which could have earned a charity some funds. I will not donate anything again to these as other charities will be more gratefull for the donation. The following day we phoned to see why it had not been collected the lady couldn't even explain why!! What a way to run a charity!!Friday 30th July 2021

It’s always A pleasure to see what they do for the local community. Cannot see how anyone could have anything negative to say about such a life changing charity. Rev. Zennos2 StarIt's been much more hassle than initially anticipated getting a sofa delivered. On the Tuesday I bought it, then I requested as late a delivery on the Thursday as possible, which they agreed to (I was working but home by 4pm) but then they decided to try and deliver at half 1 anyway. And they don't have any delivery drivers on a Friday! I was also called by a mobile number when they tried to deliver, only to ring and get no answer and no call back when trying to rearrange. Disappointing, especially as that was supposed to be the only sofa in my small apartment and now I'm sitting on the floor until it's sorted.Friday 12th July 2019
