Catherine in particular has gone above and beyond what you might normally expect from an estate agent, by being helpful in some real moments of need due to unforeseen circumstances. Not so much going the extra mile, but running a marathon !! Whilst I was geographically remote from the location of the property which was sold, Catherine made it seem as though I was living next door. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOUR MOVE IN SWINTON as a reassuring and confident choice as the agents to sell your house.They could not have done anymore, nor could they have done it any better. Brilliant. I have to say I have been really impressed with the outcome of the sale of our property. From the very beginning we had three valuations from different estate agents with one estate agent valuing the property at £30k less than Your Move but with a cheaper fee when sold. I’m guessing so they would get a quick sale & get there commission with minimum of work Carried out.
The valuation from Lynn at Your Move and a another estate agent came in at the same valuations.
Your Move advertised our property and with in 10 days we had 18 viewings arranged over the weekend. With several offers going in above the asking price, indeed we ended up accepting an offer 6% above the valuation this was a fantastic result achieved by Your Move.
The communication and up dates after the agreed sale price from Catherine at Your Move was regular and professional. I can’t recommend Your Move enough. I realise if I had gone with the cheaper sale commission fee from the other estate agents it may very well have cost me in the region of £45k.
In this case it definitely was a case of you get what you pay for.
