Mark Rawling1 StarBooked a taxi the day before, to get me to a train station for a booked train travel, gave the woman my address and postcode taxi booked. Next day taxi didn’t show up on time so I phoned up, first time automated service that your taxi will be with you soon, ten minutes later I phoned up again and spoke to a guy who said we don’t cover your post code😳, the woman who took my booking shouldn’t have. So at what point we’re they going to tell me that they wouldn’t be picking me up. Definitely unorganised and couldn’t care less. Wouldn’t use them,ever, I’d walk first, they’re not trustworthy.Wednesday 21st September 2022
Kiran Parveen1 StarFirst time i booked this cab from uber. They charge me and driver cancel the ride without asking. When i called the helpline they ask me to call tomorrow at 10 for refund and for now you can book your ride again.Monday 29th August 2022
