I have been coming to Zoe since last year and I don’t want to go anywhere else. She’s always beaming when she first opens the door and is very chatty and personable, never a dull moment in my sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and takes her time to explain the process of how it helps and what it does. Like in any sports massage you ache or feel a bit sore afterwards however, with Zoe that doesn’t matter. After every session I always feel loose, more flexible and can perform better in my training. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars then I would but sadly that isn’t an option. A massive thank you to you Zoe and looking forward to seeing you again for another session! 🤪

I had my first Sports Massage with Zoe a few days ago and I have to say I was very impressed. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable. She asked a lot of questions so that she knew what I needed work on and asked questions throughout the treatment so that she could ascertain that it was working. I will certainly go back and have already recommended her to friends.

I have been going to Zoe for the past couple of months for a sports massage and wet cupping. Zoe has a kind personality and is very knowledgeable in her work. Most recently, I had a knot in my shoulder and she took the time to focus in that area -- which I left the session being able to have full range of motion in my shoulder and neck. She is the best!
